Use of the website

This website presents the work of Karine Champagne (Jazzy Mama): shows, school workshops, masterclasses and research-creation. Its content is provided for information. Links to external websites (streaming platforms, social networks, YouTube) are offered for convenience, without responsibility for their content.

Requests sent through the website

A request sent with the "Book the artist" form is not a booking. It becomes an agreement only after written confirmation from Karine Champagne, stating the date, place, format, fee and terms.

Fees and payment

Fees depend on the service, length, location and travel costs. They are given in Canadian dollars, taxes extra.

Intellectual property

The website content (texts, music, videos, photos, logo) is protected. Any reproduction without written permission is prohibited. Photographs remain the property of their authors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
